Will is the CEO and co-founder of Pared. After graduating from Stanford University, instead of going to medical school as planned, Will went to the French Culinary Institute. His first job was a commis on Thomas Keller's opening team at Per Se in New York. He went on to become a chef de partie before moving back to California to cook at The French Laundry in Yountville. He eventually ran IT for Thomas Keller Restaurant Group before launching his own chain of fast casual Asian restaurants called Spice Kit in San Francisco, Palo Alto and San Ramon. Will started Pared to solve his own pain of staffing for his restaurants.
